19.5 The big Nope!

The Workout

95-lb/43kg. thrusters
Chest-to-bar pull-ups

Time cap: 20 minutes

The Crosswatch being used

19.5 was one where you look at the clock and you start question your life choices and why are you doing this to yourself. The CrossWatch was a big help with keeping track of the amount of reps that are remaining. We all had those moments while judging, and the athlete asks that one big question, “How many reps are left” and you were more focused on is the athlete breaking 90 degrees and is the head pushed through for the thruster. The CrossWatch kept track of all the reps so the judge did not even have to second guess how many reps are left. Many relationships can be saved by this watch.

The Layout

Below is the layout of the CrossWatch for 19.5. We tried to make it as user friendly as possible. Navigation is done with the left and right buttons and the top button is the “OK” button.
